  1. Upper hand – Whenever energy drops to 0 automatically consume vitality to recover energy

    Beast of Burden – Synching with the deviant grants max load + 8

    City folk – Synching with the deviant grants max load +15 when exploring settlements

    Waste not – When deviation activity score is grater than 90%, there’s a 5% chance to increase other deviations deviant power by 10 points when generating resources.

  2. Dream wild : when the deviation is dormant and regaining power, 10% chance other territorial deviationS receive +10 deviant power
