  1. Bobblehead 487 – I found it during the mission Mob Justice (but you should be able to access it even after the mission). This is a prerequisite because it is found in the bunker during this quest when you upload the Vile Lictor virus.
In the final combat room before uploading the virus, on the upstairs floor is a red button on a control panel that unlocks an elevator next to it. The elevator goes down to an office room with 3 desks and a portrait of Moxxi. The bobblehead is on one of the desks.

  2. Bobblehead 556…
Located in Terminus district behind a locked door you need a battery.
To get the battery machines working you need to complete mission “AAA for effort” and after that you can find a battery machine under the stairs that are just a few paces SSE of this door.

  3. Bobblehead 386… I did NOT find it to be on top of the circular structure as it appears here. I did find one just a few feet away inside a door to the east on top of a locker.
