In Life of a Cockroach, you take on the role of an insect navigating a vast urban environment from a completely different scale. This open-world 3D adventure emphasizes survival mechanics as you climb walls, fly short distances, scavenge for food, and avoid numerous threats in a world where you are small and vulnerable. The game blends exploration with skill progression, allowing you to improve abilities like speed, climbing, health, and flight while completing tasks from other insects and uncovering hidden stories across the city.
During this gameplay demo, I explored various indoor and outdoor areas, testing movement in tight spaces and open zones to see how the perspective shifts everyday locations into challenging playgrounds. It highlights the blend of adventure and simulation elements, with opportunities to interact with the environment and other creatures in creative ways.
