How to Use the Gamer’s Lexicon
Glossary List
The main glossary displays hundreds of gaming terms, sorted alphabetically from A to Z. Each term includes its category and definition. Click a term to expand and view its definition. Use the search bar to find specific terms or filter by category (e.g., Gameplay, Streaming) using the buttons above the list.
Daily Term
Each day, a new term is highlighted with its definition, chosen based on the date. Check back daily to learn something new and expand your gaming vocabulary.
Flashcard Mode
Test your memory with flashcards. Each card shows a term; click “Flip” to reveal its definition. Use “Next” and “Prev” to navigate, or “Shuffle” to randomize the order. Earn a badge for your first flip!
Quick Quiz
Challenge yourself with a multiple-choice quiz. Select a category and the number of questions (default is 6), then click “Start.” Choose the correct definition for each term and submit to see your score. High scores unlock category-specific badges.
Matching Game
Play a matching game with 6 term-definition pairs. Click a term, then its matching definition. Correct matches fade out, and completing all pairs earns a badge. Incorrect attempts prompt a retry.
